Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at “An Affair of the Heart” in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma. We want to take this opportunity to share with you the procedures in becoming an exhibitor in our shows. We also ask that you keep this letter in your files for further reference.

Initial Procedure:

Please complete and return the Jury Information Sheet along with 2 or 3 photos (no larger than 4" x 6") showing the detail of your work as well as your overall booth display. We WILL NOT begin processing until this is received. Please understand that this is not a contract for the show(s), therefore, do NOT send money at this time!

After receiving your information, our response to you will let you know your status with us for each of the shows.  The response will be one of the following:

A.  Space is available in the show, and a contract is enclosed.

B.  You have been placed on the Waiting List due to this show being at capacity or your category being full.  If space becomes available, an exhibitor will be chosen from the waiting list based on uniqueness of product, category, and booth size requested.

C.  We are sorry, but you do not meet the needs of this show, therefore you will not be considered a potential exhibitor.

Waiting List

If your response indicates you have been placed on a waiting list for a show, you will remain on the waiting list until one of the following occurs:

A. You are sent a contract for the show(s) and it is returned to us with the required deposit. Please understand that this may take awhile since the waiting list for some of our shows is rather extensive.

B. We no longer have a current phone number and/or address for you. Please remember it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, (including changes of area codes) or product line. We cannot offer you a space in a show if we have no way to contact you! Files will be discarded when we find we do not have a current address or phone number.

After Participating in a Show:

All exhibitors participating in the current year's show will receive a contract for the next year's show in their 'check-in' packet received on set-up day. We will begin processing the next year's contracts immediately after the show; therefore, we encourage you to submit your contract and deposit before leaving the current show to assure your space.

Please understand that the pictures or samples of your merchandise cannot be returned.
